Establish an emergency command structure with clear responsibilities

Responsibilities of emergency Rescue Group:

In case of incident, responsible for maintaining the public security of the plant, isolating/evacuating personnel according to the development trend of the incident, controlling the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles in the accident/incident area, and initiating relevant plans.

Responsibilities of technical Group:

Provide water, electricity, gas and equipment information, status and other technical support as required, and be responsible for the follow-up treatment.

Responsibilities of Fire Protection Group:

Be responsible for the vigilance of the entrances and exits of the plant and the isolation observation area, and set up obvious warning signs in the isolation area.

Responsibilities of Logistics Team:

Responsible for the contact with related departments, emergency vehicle call, ensure timely and effective delivery. Responsible for logistics support, set up special isolation area for employees who need observation and isolation, and provide necessary living security. Ensure staff food safety and avoid virus sources.

Responsibilities of medical aid Group:

Rescue the injured, be responsible for providing medical aid to the injured, providing transport vehicles, contacting and determining treatment hospitals, and handling relevant procedures.

Communication Group responsibilities:

According to the instructions of the emergency commander and the response of each team, responsible for internal and external communication, to ensure timely and accurate communication. Responsibilities of the Investigation Team:

Prevention and control requirements during working hours

1. Strictly abide by and actively cooperate with the company in temperature monitoring, measuring temperature twice a day. The temperature is normal before entering the factory, and wash hands in the toilet first. If the temperature is over 37.3℃, please do not work in the factory, and go home for observation and rest. If necessary, go to the hospital.

2. Wear a mask during work strictly in accordance with the regulations.
